By developing body awareness, coordination, flexibility and self-confidence, Yoga Stars introduces physical activity to children in a fun and non-competitive way. Through age-appropriate games and an innovative approach to traditional yoga sequences, children gain a deeper understanding of their bodies while fine-tuning motor skills, balance, flexibility and strength. Using imagination, music, and adventure, we allow each of our students to reach for the stars! Your child will enjoy two and a half hours of imagination and play with a Yoga Stars class, games, arts and crafts, and a snack. Led by experienced Yoga Stars instructors, our mini-retreats allow your child to explore yoga in an active, creative, and supportive environment.
